Black Beans & Rice

Ingredients:

1 Can black beans

1 C cooked brown rice

1 Can mushrooms

1 Avocado

Crushed red pepper flakes

Oregano

House Spice

To prepare:

Season the rice with house spice* to taste and form a bed on the plate to receive the black beans & mushrooms.

Heat over medium heat the beans and mushrooms with ½ cup water for 10 minutes, adding red pepper, oregano, and house spice to taste.

Cut avocado in half, and then length wise and place on top of beans & rice.
